Sonya traveled from Greenville, South Carolina to work with me in Charleston. Like all my shoots, we began with a clothed warm-up then moved into nude modeling. While nude, she modeled a variety of dynamic poses, from standing, to seated, to utilizing props. With this shoot we created props from ice cream cones and popsicles. She attended Millie Lewis School/Agency, A South Carolina modeling school, where she was Model of the Year, and is also an accounting student. In addition to figure art modeling, she loves posing for fashion, print, runway, promotional, and film. She has worked in SHE-Greenville fashion show and Charleston Fashion Week. She’s been published in catalogs for Macy’s and Kohls.
This subject was a all-around model for me, ending up the subject of photographs, drawings, and paintings.
With training from a South Carolina modeling school, she was able to book with photographers throughout the state. Here are some of the art nude photographs we did in my Charleston photography studio. Her other interests include becoming a Maxim cover girl and other modeling contests. This model loves being the center of attention and performing for groups of people whether in person or through photography.
Most often my models are not signed with a modeling agency. In fact, they usually don’t consider themselves models at all. However, this agency model was an exception.
In addition to modeling, this young woman has been a cashier, nail technician, esthetician, and wax specialist. She is very athletic, skilled in basketball, soccer, volleyball, and swimming. This model even enjoys painting and drawing.
She was very experienced in nude modeling when she began working with me. However, I also do work with new models, and those who have not been to modeling school. The most important elements to success are your looks and the effort you put in.
At 5’11” she is one of my taller models. To get more information on who I work with, check out my modeling requirements.
